Whether you are seeking a romantic retreat for two or a shared escape for six, the cottage provides a private sanctuary across 150 acres of rolling landscape.
The Space:
Sleeps: Up to 6 guests across three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms.
The Master: Queen Bed with garden views.
Bedroom Two: Queen Bed with morning sun.
The Bunk Room: King Single bunks for the young (or young at heart).
The Heart: A fully equipped kitchen for farm-to-table cooking and a wood-fire heater in the living room for cozy relaxed nights.

A deep clawfoot bath with natural salts and farm botanicals.

Rates & Availability
To maintain the integrity of the slow-stay experience, we offer tiered pricing based on your group size, ensuring you only pay for the space you need.
The Base Rate (Includes Master Suite/2 Guests)
Midweek (Sun-Thu): From $450 per night
Weekend (Fri-Sat): From $550 per night
Additional Rooms
$100 per room, per night.
A travel cot and high chair is available upon request for infants.
Stay Requirements
Standard: 2-night minimum
Holidays: 3–4 night minimum (Seasonal rates apply)

Essential Information
Dunmore is a working farm with livestock and resident pets so we are not able to accommodate guest pets.
Arrival & Departure Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. You will receive checkin details 1 day prior to check in.
The Security Bond A $500 bond is held as a pre-authorisation prior to your stay and released after check-out. We ask that the cottage is treated with care and left as found.
Cancellations We understand plans change. 100% refund for cancellations 14+ days out; 50% for 7-14 days. No refunds within 48 hours of arrival.
