Shipping and Returns

At Dunmore Shoppe, we take great care in packing every order. Whether you're purchasing a pantry favourite, a thoughtful gift or something for your home, we want it to arrive safely and beautifully presented.

Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide. Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of purchase. During busy periods, including public holidays and seasonal launches, dispatch may take a little longer. If this is the case, we'll keep you informed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and destination of your order.

If you're staying at Dunmore Farm, you're also welcome to purchase from The Shoppe prior to your arrival. We'll happily have your order waiting for you at the cottage.

Local Collection

Local collection is available by prior arrangement. If this is something you'd prefer, please get in touch before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within seven days of receiving your parcel at hello@dunmorefarm.com.au. Please include your order number and a photograph of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns

We hope you love everything you purchase from Dunmore Shoppe. If you've changed your mind, we accept returns on unused, unopened and saleable items within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

Food & Perishable Products

For food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food, beverages or other perishable goods unless they arrive damaged or are faulty.
