Introducing The Farmer’s Table: Mindful gatherings. Seasonal menus. Shared stories.

The Farmer’s Table is Dunmore Farm’s new signature event series—an evolving calendar of seasonal experiences held in our rustic shearing shed and across the property.

Each event is crafted around the rhythm of the land and the people we gather with. From farm-to-table feasts and creative workshops to yoga and wellness mornings and retreats, The Farmer’s Table offers a soulful way to connect—with self, community, and nature.

Our first edition launches this May with a Mother’s Day Yoga & Brunch event in collaboration with Kelly Mort of Mind Body Space.

Whether you’re a local or visiting the High Country, The Farmer’s Table invites you to slow down, savour the season, and enjoy a unique farm-based experience.

Upcoming events include:
Yoga & Brunch in the Shearing Shed (Saturday, May 10)
– Midwinter Fireside Feast - Date TBC
– Spring Workshop & Garden Lunch - date TBC

It was a delight to get up really early on Sunday and head out on the road to join Bec for her fabulous long table Spring Lunch in her delightful, freshly “reincarnated” 1860’s barn . What a delight ! Our lunch was curated and prepared by “devoted cook, eater, food stylist , photographer and writer ” Michelle Crawford who arrived from the Huon Valley in Tasmania and Cherie Hausler passionate “tea maker, plant eater, cake baker, cookbook author and founder of the nourishing food brand, All The Things”, who joined us from The Barossa Valley to offer a plant based five course culinary feast complimented by delicious wines from Beechworth winemaker Little Frances.

Bec and Angus are passionate supporters of building community; masters of introductions ; encouragers of conversation and connections and bring people together with gentle ease so it was no wonder that I revelled in the company over lunch!! Brilliant discussion and debate; laughter and conversation over delicious food and .. who could want for more?!
