Restored with intention, the cottage is an ode to simplicity and craftsmanship. We have curated every detail to encourage a slower pace—from the weight of the French flax linens to the way the morning light hits the timber floors.

Whether you are seeking a romantic retreat for two or a shared escape for six, the cottage provides a private sanctuary across 150 acres of rolling landscape.

The Space:

  • Sleeps: Up to 6 guests across three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms.

  • The Master: Queen Bed with garden views.

  • Bedroom Two: Queen Bed with morning sun.

  • The Bunk Room: King Single bunks for the young (or young at heart).

  • The Heart: A fully equipped kitchen for farm-to-table cooking and a wood-fire heater for cozy nights.

  • The Soak

    A deep clawfoot bath with natural salts and local botanicals.

  • The Hearth.

    A wood-fire heater stocked with seasoned farm timber.

  • The View

    150 acres of private land, home to birdsong and grazing cattle.

  • The Steam

    A private, wood-fired outdoor hot tub overlooking the valley.

  • The Connection

    Starlink WiFi for those who need to stay in touch, though we recommend switching off.

  • The Sleep

    French Flax linens and premium cloud-like bedding.

To maintain the integrity of the slow-stay experience, we offer tiered pricing based on your group size, ensuring you only pay for the space you need.

The Base Rate (Includes Master Suite/2 Guests)

  • Midweek (Sun-Thu): From $450 per night

  • Weekend (Fri-Sat): From $550 per night

Additional Rooms

  • $100 per room, per night.

  • Infants (0-2) stay free. A travel cot is available upon request.

Stay Requirements

  • Standard: 2-night minimum

  • Holidays: 3–4 night minimum (Seasonal rates apply)

Arrival & Departure Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. You will receive a private key code 24 hours prior to arrival for a seamless, contactless entry.

Essential Information

The Security Deposit A $1,000 security deposit is held via credit card one day prior to check-in and released within 7 days of your departure.

Cancellations We understand plans change. 100% refund for cancellations 14+ days out; 50% for 7-14 days. No refunds within 48 hours of arrival.

Dunmore is a working farm with free-roaming livestock and resident pets and the cottage is a considered styled space. However, well-behaved pets may be considered by prior arrangement only.
