A Seasonal Long Lunch, Shaped By fire, Flavour & Shared Time.
Join us at Dunmore for Edition Two of The Farmer’s Table — a fireside feast held slowly across the afternoon. You’ll begin outdoors with drinks and bites by the flames, before moving into the shearing shed for a generous long table meal that celebrates winter produce, considered simplicity and good company.
Created in collaboration with Paul Koulis of Pavlos the menu draws from Mediterranean traditions and our local rhythm — cooked over coals, served to share, and paired with wines from nearby makers.
The setting will be styled by Felicity of Everlasting Floral Studio, using foliage and botanicals grown on her farm in nearby Lurg — natural, unfussy, and in rhythm with the season.

– Baked halloumi with Dunmore honey and thyme

– Garlic, squash, potatoes, onions
Condiments
– Muhammara (walnuts, red pepper, pomegranate, breadcrumb)
– Smoked labneh tzatziki

– Chargrilled fennel & kalamata olives
– Dunmore citrus salad with rocket, slivered almonds & sherry vinegar dressing
Meats
– Slow-cooked lamb shoulder with ras el hanout
– Tomahawk steaks over the flames
– Spit-roasted Greek-style chicken
Sweet
– Tiramisu tart made with Emme Mac Black Specialty Coffee(…of course)
All dishes are served to share and paired with a selection of local wines.
